Please take a moment to review the following policies before registering for a class or reaching out with questions.
Registration Policy
Registration for classes and events is on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are limited to ensure a quality experience for every participant.
Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received in full. Please complete payment promptly after registering to secure your place.
Class sizes are intentionally kept small to allow for personalized instruction and a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the class date will receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the class date are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place.
If a class is cancelled by Westend Whimsy due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

Payment Policy
Clear payment terms help ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Please review the following before registering for a class.
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Registered participants will not be affected by price changes after booking.
Class fees typically include all supplies needed for the project. Any exceptions will be clearly noted in the class description.

Westend Whimsy classes and events are meant to be a welcoming, inclusive, and joyful experience for everyone. Respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow participants is expected at all times.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important instructions and can disrupt the experience for others.
Participants are welcome to take photos of their own finished projects. Please be mindful of others when photographing during class.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful online community. Negative, abusive, political, racial, discriminatory, or derogatory comments and content will not be tolerated and may be removed without notice.
We reserve the right not to respond to such content and may block users who repeatedly violate this policy.

Photo & Video Release
By participating in a Westend Whimsy class or event, you acknowledge and agree to the following regarding the use of photographs and video taken during the event.
Photos and videos may be taken during classes and events for use on the Westend Whimsy website, social media channels, and promotional materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let the instructor know before the event begins and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
Photos of finished projects may be shared on social media with credit given to the participant when requested.
